LDN • Compounded

Low dose naltrexone, compounded the way your prescriber wrote it.

Naltrexone is FDA-approved at 50mg. The doses your provider may prescribe for autoimmune, chronic pain, or inflammation conditions (typically 0.5–4.5mg) don't exist commercially. They have to be compounded — and that's what we do.

  • Custom strengths from 0.5mg through 6mg
  • Capsule or topical cream, your prescriber's call
  • Slow-release options available on request
  • Same or next business day turnaround

How LDN works

A different mechanism at a different dose.

At low doses, naltrexone briefly blocks opioid receptors at night. The body responds by upregulating endogenous endorphin and enkephalin production over the following hours.

Many prescribers and researchers believe this immune-modulating effect is what may help patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions feel better — without the sedation or dependence risk of stronger medications.

Common titration schedule

  1. 1Weeks 1–2 — 1.5mg at bedtime
  2. 2Weeks 3–4 — 3.0mg at bedtime
  3. 3Week 5+ — 4.5mg at bedtime (target dose)
  4. 4Adjust up or down based on response

Example schedule for illustration only. Your prescriber will design your protocol.
